The central research institute was established in 1995 to perform a leading role in the biological industry as an affiliated research institute of Woogene B&G and has been certified by Ministry of Science and ICT. Woogene B&G pursues biotechnology that considers human health and the global environment as our core business, and have been steadily developing technologies to produce eco-friendly products since the 1980s. For the health and safety of human health, we are continuously investing in R&D every year to develop, mass-produce and distribute eco-friendly alternative medicines, immune boosters, bio-products such as microbial additives, veterinary medicines, and raw-material medicines for human.

Based on these technologies, Woogene B&G also concentrates on the development of companion animal pharmaceuticals and bee-raising products. For our products, there are experts in animal husbandry, biology, (bio)chemistry, and fisheries, and they are constantly striving to improve the quality of life of mankind and protect the lives of animals. We are doing our best to develop and improve new materials and new products through joint research with domestic and foreign research groups, government research projects, and industry-university joint research, and currently have dozens of patents as intellectual property rights.
